Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

We build messaging, calling and automation systems that reach real people. To protect those people, our clients and the platforms we use, every client agrees to this policy. It applies alongside Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.

Consent comes first

  • Only message or call people who have clearly agreed to hear from your business on that channel.
  • Keep records of when and how consent was given.
  • Honor opt-outs (for example STOP, unsubscribe, or asking not to be contacted) promptly, and keep a suppression list.
  • Never upload bought, rented, scraped or shared contact lists.
  • AI voice calls and prerecorded calls require prior consent in many countries, including prior express consent under the US TCPA. Check national do-not-call registers before any outbound calling.

Be honest

  • Don't impersonate people, brands, government agencies or VelociTECH.
  • AI assistants and voice agents must identify themselves as automated and offer a way to reach a person.
  • No misleading claims, fake urgency, fake reviews or deceptive offers.

Prohibited uses

You may not use systems we build or manage to:

  • send spam, chain messages or unsolicited bulk messages;
  • promote or sell products and services prohibited by Meta's Commerce Policy or by law, such as illegal drugs, weapons, adult content, unlicensed gambling, counterfeit goods or regulated products without the required licences;
  • collect sensitive data (such as payment card numbers, government IDs or health information) in chat without appropriate safeguards and a lawful basis;
  • harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
  • distribute malware, phishing links or scams;
  • get around platform limits, quality ratings or enforcement actions.

Enforcement

If we reasonably believe a client is breaching this policy, we may pause campaigns, automations or calling until the issue is fixed. In serious or repeated cases, we may end the engagement under our Terms of Service. We may also report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

Report abuse

If you received an unwanted message or call from a system we manage, email chauhankartik93@gmail.com with the number and date. We'll investigate and make sure you're removed.
