How much do your services cost?

Every business is different, so we quote each project individually. After a free 30-minute discovery call, you get a written scope and a fixed quote with no surprises. Third-party costs such as Meta's conversation charges, hosting and AI model usage are billed at cost and shown separately.

Are you WhatsApp or Meta?

No. VelociTECH is an independent service provider. We build on the WhatsApp Business Platform using Meta's official Cloud API, and your business account stays in your own Meta Business portfolio.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Usually, yes. A number already used in a WhatsApp app can be migrated to the platform. We'll check eligibility and plan the move to keep downtime to a minimum.

How long does setup take?

Most messaging setups go live in about four weeks: discovery, build, integration and testing, then launch. Meta controls business verification, so timing can vary. AI CRM builds take 2–10 weeks depending on scope.

Is this compliant in the US, UK, Canada and Australia?

We design every system around opt-in consent, easy opt-out and consent records, in line with Meta's policies and laws such as TCPA and CAN-SPAM (US), UK GDPR and PECR (UK), CASL (Canada) and the Spam Act (Australia). You remain responsible for collecting valid consent from your contacts, and we'll help you set that up. See our Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy.

Where is my data stored?

Automations run on n8n in your own cloud account, in a region you choose, such as the US, UK, EU, Canada or Australia. We don't keep a copy. You can revoke our access at any time.

Which AI models do you use?

We work with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, and choose based on your use case, budget and data requirements.

Do your AI agents pretend to be human?

No. Our assistants and voice agents identify themselves as automated and hand over to a person whenever the customer asks.

What time zones do you support?

We schedule support hours to overlap with your business day in North America, the UK or Australia. Calls are booked at times that suit you.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice unless your proposal includes a minimum term. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
