Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for VelociTECH services. The Proposal for your engagement may set out specific terms, and those take priority over this general policy.

Discovery calls and audits

Our discovery call and automation audit are free, so there is nothing to refund. You can cancel or reschedule anytime. We just ask for a heads-up if you can't make it.

Setup and build projects

• Before work starts: cancel in writing and we'll refund any deposit in full, minus third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
• After work starts: fees for completed milestones and work already performed are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-milestone, we'll bill only for work done up to the cancellation date and refund any balance you prepaid for that milestone.
• If we can't deliver: if we fail to deliver an agreed milestone and don't fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us, you're entitled to a refund of the fees paid for that milestone.

Performance-based programs

Where a Proposal makes a final installment depend on agreed goals, that installment is only invoiced if the goals are met, measured as defined in the Proposal.

Monthly retainers and managed services

• Retainers renew monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice, unless your Proposal includes a minimum commitment period.
• Where a minimum commitment applies, cancelling before it ends makes the remaining committed fees payable, as set out in your Proposal.
• Retainer months already started are non-refundable. Unused hours or requests don't roll over unless agreed in writing.

Third-party costs

Fees charged by third parties are non-refundable by VelociTECH. These include Meta conversation charges, messaging platform subscriptions, hosting, AI model usage and software licences. Their own refund policies apply.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email chauhankartik93@gmail.com with your business name and project details. We'll confirm within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under laws that can't be excluded by contract, including the Australian Consumer Law and UK consumer protection law where they apply.
